This means that these boots were carefully crafted to provide all of the support, traction and durability that 200+ days on the river demand. This innovative boot design features big-time ankle support and an enhanced feel underfoot to help you get to hard-to-reach places. Our RiverTread™ build gives you more feeling under your boot, so the unseen becomes easier to navigate without compromising on the overall support or traction of the boot.

We’ve added a ton of innovative features to our G3 Guide Wading Boot that will take your wading to the next level. First, we’ve added a waterproof nubuck leather upper for a custom fit, fast break in, and added durability. We’ve also added a lace to toe upper and locking lace hook for a tunable, precision fit all the way down to the instep. Next we added a high abrasion textile lacing stay, and a large scratch rubber rand for enhanced durability. The molded external TPU heel counter and heel clip provide maximum ankle support and wading stability, while the integrated collar height with gravel guard provides optimal gravel management during wading. Combine this with the 12 mm felt outsole, shock absorbing dual density midsole, and internal ESS cleat retention pods for cleat retention and enhanced proprioception, and you’ve got yourself some serious wading boots.
