The XVOL can for DBAir is an additional tuning tool for bikes with significantly progressive and/or highly variable leverage ratios. The XVOL option offers a more linear air spring, which can allow the use of more damping while still using the full travel of the bike. It is a tuning feature, not an upgrade, and is only advisable for a certain range of bicycles.
