Warranty Info
Every new Redington rod purchased through an authorized retailer such as Aventuron, except the Crosswater Series and the Minnow and Topo Combos, is covered by Redington's original owner warranty. The Crosswater, Minnow, and Topo are covered by a one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship and must include a dated proof of purchase.
This warranty is limited to the replacement of the rod only. It does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, normal wear, fire, theft, loss, or intentional damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Redington reserves the right to replace any discontinued models with newer ones when necessary. Colors may vary between original and replacement parts. To invoke this warranty, the original owner must send the entire Redington product, including broken parts or pieces, freight paid, and insured to the Bainbridge Island address.
Description
Description
The new PATH rod is a smooth-casting, medium-fast action graphite fly rod, offering classic performance for all levels of anglers. Rods through 6 weight have a half-wells handle with a wood reel seat for a classic look and feel, and 7 weights and above feature a full-wells grip with anodized aluminum reel seat that is ready for salt or fresh water conditions.
Options
- The 490 PATH is a great dry fly and light nymph rod for spooky trout and clear water. It protects light tippets with ease and offers exceptional in-hand balance.
- The 586 PATH is the unsung hero of the lineup. It loads quickly and delivers most dries and small nymphs or streamers with ease and delicacy. The 8'6" length is very responsive and light in hand.
- The 590 PATH is the bread & butter of trout rods. The medium-fast action presents dry flies accurately and delicately, but still has enough guts to handle nymphs, buggers, and indicators when conditions call for it. It's simply the most versatile rod you can own.
- The 690 PATH is the go-to stick for big bushy dries, dealing with moderate winds, and nearly any PATH angling scenario. From presentation to power, it's going to get the job done.
- The 790 PATH is one of the most versatile rods we build. From smallmouth to big browns, to small bonefish, snook, and steelhead, it really does do it all.
- The 890 PATH is the ultimate go-to rod for nearly any large or fast fish species, from bonefish to alaksan salmon, smallmouth bass to redfish, and stripers, snook, baby tarpon, and general sinking line use.
- The 990 PATH might be the ultimate one-rod solution for saltwater flats fishing, and is the perfect tool for big winter redfish, trophy largemouth, golden dorado, spooky permit, or general purpose salmon fishing.
