Agreeing to our terms and conditions on your order means you are acknowledging the below.  Placing an order allocates product to you, however there may be a manufacturer's lead-time or back-order.  We frequently make changes to the below as brands provide us updates. All lead times are estimations and are not exact time frames.

Please contact us prior to ordering to verify the availability of the item(s) you are interested in.  Alfresco products ship direct from the distributor and stock is constantly changing.  Stock can range from in stock to a backorder of a week or two or as far out as 4-5 months.

Items are made-to order and have a manufacturers lead-time and a 20% restocking fee upon cancellation.

Front Bumpers have a current lead time of up to 14 weeks production time.

Rear Bumpers have a current lead time of up to 14 weeks production time.

Lo Pro Bumpers have a current lead time of up to 6 weeks production time

Rock Sliders have a current lead time of up to 14 weeks production time.

Skid Plates have a current lead time of up to 12 weeks production time.

Hatch Ladder ships within 4 weeks.

Bed Racks have a current lead time of 6-8 weeks.

Purchases made can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and a 20% restocking fee will apply. (If the product has been mounted or used it is not in new, resalable condition and will incur a 25% restocking fee) Items that were customized to ANY degree are not eligible for return.

After 30 days, non-warranty related returns are at the sole discretion of Aventuron and/or Prinsu Design Studio. A restocking fee of 20% will apply as long as the items have not been mounted or used. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the returned products are not in new, resalable condition – a repackaging, restocking, and/or damaged goods fee of up to 30% of the product value may be deducted from the refund.

 

Thomas & Thomas

All T&T rods are handcrafted at their factory in Greenfield, MA. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for their craftsman to build your rod if it is not in stock at our warehouse.  We do stock several models and variants.  If worried about lead-time contact us to learn if your rod is in stock before ordering.

 

Twin Eagles

Please contact us prior to ordering to verify the availability of the item(s) you are interested in.  Though we have some stock in our warehouse, the bulk of Twin Eagles products ship direct from the distributor and stock is constantly changing.  Stock can range from in stock to a backorder of up to 26 weeks.

 

Yeti Cycles

Due to the nature of ordering and building Yeti Cycles, you have 1 hour to change your mind and cancel your order on a full build bike. After that time period, you are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover our costs already incurred. If you wish, you can receive a refund of 25% or more in store credit with the remainder returned on your original payment method.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for order fulfillment on Yeti Cycles. 

One warranty in two phases.  Every Taylor product is covered by a no questions asked six month warranty with no processing fee!  After one year you can use Taylor's rapid rod and reel program to get you back on the water quickly.

TAYLOR SIX MONTH FEE FREE UNCONDITIONAL WARRANTY

(If you have a problem WITHIN six months from purchase)

• If your rod or reel breaks within six months from the original purchase date, Taylor will replace or repair for only the cost of shipping.

• Does NOT cover cosmetic wear/tear or lost/stolen products. Other exclusions may apply.

• Any abuse or misuse of this program will result in loss of warranty

TAYLOR RAPID ROD AND REEL PROGRAM / KEEPING YOU ON THE WATER

(If you have a problem AFTER six months from purchase)

• $65 plus shipping is the processing fee. This is the fee for all products outside of the one year warranty window.

• This program is valid for the lifetime of the product.

• If Taylor does not have the parts in stock they will contact you via phone or email to make arrangements.

• Taylor's rapid rod and reel program does not cover damages caused by improper care or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time. (Scratches on reels, cork wear, leaving products outside for extended periods of time, etc…)

Transferable Warranty

• The Taylor warranty and rapid program is good for the lifetime of the product, even if you sell the product!

• This will help with resell values if you ever decide to sell your Taylor product.

Legal Stuff

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product only, and may not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, normal wear, fire, theft, loss or intentional damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. All shipments to Taylor Fly Fishing must be freight paid. Taylor Fly Fishing reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered by this warranty. Discontinued products may be replaced with different models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original products.
